Ordering Information

Customer service representatives are available to accept your order by phone Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in the U.S. central time zone. After 4:30pm orders may be placed by voicemail and will be confirmed the following business day. Please be sure to provide your contact information along with the item number, brief description and quantity you would like to order. Orders may also be placed using the following methods.

Online orders may be placed using a credit card or purchase order number. Please note orders placed by purchase order number must have completed the credit application process prior to selecting this method at checkout. If you would like to place orders online using PO’s (Purchase Orders), please contact Customer Service to request a credit application.

Minimum order: 
Orders under $30.00 will be subject to a handling charge of $10.00. Prices are subject to change at any time depending upon changes in material costs, packing costs, etc. Fixed pricing is available for 12 months, if product is placed on a standing order with automatic shipments. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information or to request a quote.

Shipping

Shipping is based on the product material, size, and weight. Shipping methods used: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS Third Day. Shipments requiring special handling or palletized items are shipped by Commercial Carrier and will be determined once the order is placed.

In-stock items are shipped the business day following receipt of your order. Rush orders on in-stock items must be received by 1pm central time for same day shipping. Please let your Customer Service Representative know if you need same day shipping. All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point with freight prepaid and added to the invoice.

Occasionally, a product may be on backorder for a variety of reasons. In the event you experience a backorder, we will provide an estimated shipping date based on information as of the order date. Our Customer Service Representatives will update you in the event of an unusual delay. Special order products and/or custom items usually require 4-6 weeks production time prior to shipping. In-transit delivery time may vary depending on your location. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will reach their destination within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:
Shipping method used is DHL Express. Some products cannot be shipped outside the U.S. due to various countries custom restrictions and/or product freight restrictions. A Customer Service Representative will contact you prior to shipping to confirm availability and shipping charges. All orders with a shipping and/or billing address outside the U.S. and Canada must be prepaid prior to release. We accept wire transfer only for shipping/payment addresses outside the U.S. and Canada. All payments must be remitted in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery/Returns

Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. The packing list will be attached to the outside of your package. Please keep in mind that shipments with multiple boxes will only contain one packing list. It is your responsibility to confirm you have received all items indicated on the packing list. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days, to be eligible for replacement or return.

Damages:
Please do not accept a damaged shipment. If you accept a damaged delivery, make sure the driver notes the damages on your receipt or bill of lading. Contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery, so we can expedite the claim process. Do not discard damaged goods or packaging until the claim process has been completed. Customer Service will notify you if/when the goods will need to be inspected, returned, or discarded once the claim process has been finalized.

Returns:
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date. All return requests must be called in to Customer Service at 1-800-345-4167 prior to return and must be accompanied by a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. UPS shipping labels will be provided by Customer Service, in which the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance, where applicable. LabStorage reserves the right to refuse any product returned without an authorized RGA number. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any product that has been used, labeled on or compromised in any way will not be accepted for return.

Excluded Products:
Please note the following products are special order, and non-returnable: Custom cut, custom printed products, refrigerated items, microwaves, air filter systems, high-density cabinets, metal shelving and equipment.
