Histosette® Biopsy Cassettes with a 30° anterior writing angle are molded from durable acetal to keep tissue specimens safely submerged throughout processing and to resist the chemical action of most histological solvents. Precision flow-through slots with 1 mm square openings promote efficient fluid exchange and reliable drainage for consistent processing results.
These disposable cassettes feature a one-piece, integral lid design that eliminates the need for separate steel lids. Simply snap apart and securely lock the lid into the cassette base to protect specimens during handling and processing. The unobstructed write-on surface provides clear, convenient specimen identification, making these cassettes well suited for routine histology workflows.
