Available in both Standard and Deluxe Workstation configurations, each unit features blue or white LED backlighting with adjustable dimmer control to enhance tissue section visibility and improve placement accuracy during flotation. The illuminated glass bowl provides superior contrast, helping technicians achieve consistent, high-quality results.
Constructed with an antimicrobial powder-coated finish, these water baths promote a cleaner laboratory environment while offering long-lasting durability. The removable glass bowl simplifies routine cleaning and maintenance, and integrated miniature circuit breakers improve safety while eliminating the need for replacement fuses.
An optional drop-on lid is available to improve heating efficiency, maintain temperature stability, reduce water evaporation, and help protect the water bath from airborne contaminants.
The Deluxe Workstation model expands functionality by incorporating a heated slide drying block with capacity for up to 12 standard microscope slides, along with a heated slide orienting block designed to assist with the efficient de-wrinkling and mounting of difficult tissue sections. This integrated workstation helps streamline workflow by combining multiple preparation steps into a single compact unit.
