The StainTray™ 10-Slide Staining System offers a convenient, one-handed operation ideal for immunohistochemistry staining, as well as applications in Hematology, Cytology, and Microbiology. Designed with a durable, user-friendly construction, this tray provides a stable, secure platform for slide preparation in humidified environments.
Product Features:
- Robust Construction: Made from black ABS plastic, resistant to a broad range of chemicals (except chlorinated hydrocarbons).
- Capacity: Holds up to 10 slides on four plastic rails with polymer strips that keep slides securely in place, even when the tray is angled.
- Humidity Control:
- Wells between rails hold up to 1 ml of water to maintain a humid environment.
- Two central wells can each hold up to 2 ml, offering additional humidification options.
- Raised Rails: Rails are elevated to keep slides above water and facilitate easy retrieval. Excess stain solution is contained within the base.
- Stable Design: Equipped with four rubber feet for stability, and stackable to save storage space.
Available Covers:
- Clear Lid: PETG construction for visual examination; withstands temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C.
- Black Lid: ABS construction suitable for fluorescent work; withstands temperatures from -80 °C to +80 °C.
