Fan Pad™ G.L. Formaldehyde Absorbing Neutralizing Pads are super-absorbent pads specially treated with Formalex® liquid control agent to help eliminate hazardous vapors from formaldehyde, 10% formalin, and glutaraldehyde solutions. Designed for use in histology and anatomic pathology environments, Fan Pads absorb liquid and help control vapors during tissue handling, transport, and gross dissection.
Fan Pads provide a convenient way to help make tissue handling safer, cleaner, and easier. They can be used to line trays or containers when transporting tissue within or between institutions, as well as a work surface for tissue cassettes after removal from formalin or a tissue processor.
