Fan Pad™ G.L. Elite Formalin Absorbing Neutralizing Pads provide excellent vapor control during gross examination, dissecting, transporting, and transferring formalin-fixed tissue. Designed to absorb formalin vapors and spills, these pads help create a safer and more comfortable work environment in the laboratory.
The Neutralizing Blue permeable non-woven laminate work surface provides excellent tissue contrast, making specimens easier to see during gross examination. The soft surface also helps reduce wear on dissection blades while providing a practical work area for routine tissue handling.
Once absorbed, the pad’s neutralizing technology converts formaldehyde and other aldehydes into a non-hazardous polymer, helping reduce exposure to harmful vapors and simplifying formalin spill management.

- 8” x 11” – absorbs up to 100ml of 10% formalin
